Why Didn't I Receive Any BTC From Collection Sales?
If you're noticing a lack of BTC after a sale, it might be due to the asset cost being set too low. Specifically, if the cost is around or below 546 satoshis (0.00000546 BTC), the transaction may fall below Bitcoin's dust limit. Transactions that don't meet this limit are considered "dust" and the value may be collected by miners as part of the transaction fee, rather than being paid out. To avoid this, ensure your asset's cost is set above this threshold, if you’d like to receive BTC from collection sales.
If you believe you should have recieved BTC from collection sales, even considering the dust limit, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us via the support bot in the bottom right.
