Issues While Uploading Files to Collection Form
When you're adding files to your collection form, you might run into a few hiccups. The most common issues are related to the size and type of the files you're trying to upload. If your file is too large or if the file type isn't supported, the platform won't be able to process your upload. To avoid these problems, make sure to check the maximum file size allowed and the supported file formats before attempting to upload your content.
If you are running into issues with file size, try using a compression service to cut out unnecessary content from your file. If you are using a png or jpg file you can also convert it into webp format (better format for compressed data) or change the actual pixel size of the image (ex: going from 1024x1024 to 512x512). Do note that compressing files or changing their pixel size can reduce the quality of the image, so be sure to double check the file before uploading them into the collection form.
